
GAR LILE
Gar Lile is the founder and principal of Lile Real Estate. Gar is a licensed real estate broker in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee and an Arkansas State Certified General Appraiser. Lile is a former member of the Appraisal Institute, and was elected to participate in the Young Advisory Council in Washington, D.C. in 1996. He is actively involved in the ownership and development of farms and recreational properties in Arkansas and has a hand in many major farm and recreational development projects. As a lifelong outdoorsman and board member of Delta Waterfowl Gar has a special appreciation and understanding of the issues facing our natural resources, in particular North America's waterfowl resources. He is a Life Sponsor Delta Waterfowl, a member of Ducks Unlimited, Quality Deer Management Association, and the National Audubon Society. Gar's commitment to conservation was recognized and featured nationally in the November/December 2005 issue of Audubon Magazine for his work to return marginal farmlands to their natural state through government conservation programs. Gar is a graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in business and a minor in agriculture. He is active with the Catholic Church and Boys and Girls Club. Gar and his wife, Teresa, have been married since 1986, and have three children, Grace, Gardner, and Garrett.
BRANDON STAFFORD
Brandon Stafford came to work for Lile Real Estate in 2004 and quickly made a name for himself originating and selling agriculture, recreation, and timberland properties. Stafford holds a degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and is no stranger to the rural real estate business. While in college he worked for the Price Companies of Monticello, Arkansas in the wood procurement department buying, selling, and managing timber and timberland. Additionally, he worked as a duck hunting guide during the winter and grew rice and managed wildlife enhancement projects during the summer for the Price Companies' Fire-Hunt farm located just west of Dermott, Arkansas. Brandon grew up on a farm that has been in his family for over 100 years. He is a fourth generation landowner and is currently an investor in over 2,200-acres of farm partnerships located in five different Arkansas counties. He has enjoyed all types of hunting and fishing all over south Arkansas and is particularly fond of duck hunting, bow hunting, and off-shore saltwater fishing. Brandon and his wife, Ann, have two children, Olivia Grace and Addison Kate, and live in Little Rock, Arkansas.
JOEL WHICKER
Joel Whicker was born and raised on a farm near Greenwood, Mississippi. It was that upbringing that instilled an appreciation of the South and the farming and pastoral lifestyle. Since his youth Joel has held an interest in the outdoors, particularly duck and deer hunting. Joel's career experience has primarily centered around real estate. Along with his real estate license he is also an Arkansas Certified General Appraiser and has been involved in construction, and real estate investment and development projects. Joel attended the University of Mississippi in Oxford, where he met his wife, the former Mimi Norsworthy of Little Rock, Arkansas. Joel and his wife live in Little Rock, Arkansas and have two children, Elliott and Patton.
SCOTT PERRY
Since childhood Scott Perry has had an interest in big land and wild places so in 2005, while involved with other business ventures he came to work for Lile Real Estate on a part-time basis to handle marketing communications work. In March 2010, after the sale of his business interests, he obtained his real estate license and now works full-time as a sales associate, while continuing to manage marketing communications for the company. Prior to joining Lile Real Estate, Scott was a serial entrepreneur, founding and co-founding many different businesses based in Little Rock, Arkansas and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Scott graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas with a degree in marketing communications in 1993. While in college he interned for Arkansas Senator Dale Bumpers in Washington, D.C., was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha national fraternity, and founded the Arkansas State University collegiate chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Scott's interests include: family, wing-shooting and fly-fishing, mountaineering, snow skiing, travel, health and fitness, environmental issues, and aviation. Scott and his wife Leslie, are the parents of twins, Abigail and Noah, and live in Little Rock, Arkansas.
